I have had a successful 20 year career in leadership and business and am the founder and owner of an online consulting business, CAVA Executive, which offers business coaching and Executive Virtual Assistant Support.

I have experience in coaching a wide range of executives, entrepreneurs and professionals including female business owners, Fintech leaders, Hedge Fund founders, Doctors, and Coaches.
