What is Coaching? Coaching is quite literally partnering with an accredited coach, and through a series of conversations, will enable you to improve several areas in your life. Coaching maximise your personal and professional potential by identifying and working on eliminating obstacles and challenges. Coaching is a creative process which will empower you to take action. It is quite literally like having your very own cheerleader who supports you in executing the strategy you've created for your life, and/or business.

I’ve never had coaching before, what could I expect? Expect to move beyond your comfort zone. Expect change. Expect self reflection and greater self awareness. Expect powerful questions that will challenge your thinking and help you see other possibilities. Coaching will empower you to align to the vision you have for yourself personally and professionally by challenging you take control of your life and guide you in achieving your full potential by providing you the tools, support and structure you need to accomplish more than you are at present.

Will coaching work for me? Coaching is powerful and really can be life changing, if change is what you seek. The journey won’t always be easy and having a coach every step of the way, becomes a reminder of your greatness, and what’s possible for you when you commit to yourself. Ultimately, it is your commitment to the process that will determine your progress.

What's the difference between coaching, counselling and therapy? Coaching is not therapy. Coaching takes things as they are, and focuses on supporting you in achieving future goals through a proactive process. Therapy (psychotherapy or counselling) focuses on the past and on introspection and analysis with the hope of resolving past issues. It is a long term process in which a client works with a healthcare professional to diagnose and resolve past traumas and issues.

How do I figure out what my vision, goals or aspirations are? None of us have it all figured out. Life evolves and with it so do our dreams, aspirations and the visions we have for ourselves. Coaching will help you gain clarity and set you on your path of better understanding what you want from life while supporting you through the actions you need to take to get you there. It takes commitment, showing up and doing the work.

Would coaching take place online or at a physical location? Almost all sessions and programmes are conducted virtually from the comfort of your preferred location. Walking Coaching sessions are available for those based locally.
